A Glance @ Pastor Dale The Very Reverend Dale D. Dennis, II is the Senior Pastor of Solid Rock Church of Baltimore and Founder & CEO of DII Ministries. DII Ministries is a Baltimore-based ministry committed to the healing and revival of clergy, congregations, and communities through access to greater resources. With over 20 years of ministry service in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and beyond Pastor Dale continues to serve God in various capacities including: ministry consultant, guest preacher, clinician, organist, facilitator, and graphic designer. Since 2021 he has hosted The Clergy Conclave, an intergenerational, interdenominational gathering of senior clergy from across the United States for intercession, inspiration, impartation, and intentional self-care. In September 2022, he was elevated to the Episcopal Office of Overseer and serves New Day Interfaith Fellowship as the Overseer of Specialized Ministries & Church Advancement under the leadership of Bishop Albert Jarman. He is currently matriculating at Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity School in Rochester, NY. Pastor Dale was elected as Senior Pastor of Solid Rock Church of Baltimore in November, 2022 and installed on January 15, 2023. Since that time, Pastor Dale has invested in leadership development, strategic ministry planning, community and ecumenical partnerships. Under his leadership Solid Rock continues to become a family of faith committed to loving God, loving people, making disciples, and serving creation. Overseer Dennis has traveled near and far sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Ministry has afforded him many great honors, but his greatest joy comes from being the father of Miss Kayla. He is eternally resolved to serve God and lift the name of Jesus. It is his mission to bring a message of life, hope, faith, and redemption to all who will hear. Pastor Dale operates under the mantra “Ducit Multis Ad Unum” which means “Leading Many to One.”
